The following Terms and Conditions govern the provision of astrology reading services ("Readings") offered by AstroTalks.Online. By booking and engaging with our Readings, you agree to abide by these terms.

Nature of the Reading Services

Depending on the Reading selected, an astrology reading may examine birth-chart placements, planetary cycles, personal patterns, relationship dynamics, current circumstances, and developmental themes.

References to timing, cycles, tendencies, pressure points, or areas of focus describe patterns identified through astrological analysis. They do not state that a specific event must occur or prescribe a particular decision or course of action.

Astropsychology

The term “astropsychology” refers to the interpretation of personality patterns, motivations, emotional responses, relationships, and personal development through an astrological framework.

Astropsychology services provided by AstroTalks.Online are not clinical psychology, psychotherapy, psychological diagnosis, mental-health treatment, or regulated psychological counselling.

Booking an Online Astrology Reading

To schedule an online astrology reading with an astrologer, please follow these steps:

  • Reading Selection: Review the available Readings and their brief descriptions. For any questions regarding the Readings, you may reach out via the "Contact" form prior to booking.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Once you have selected a Reading, proceed to the "Book Appointment" button. Choose an available date and time from the calendar. Bookings must be made at least 10 days prior to the desired appointment date.

  • Personal Information: Complete the required personal data form accurately to confirm your booking.

After selecting your appointment time and submitting your details, proceed to payment:

  • Payment Method: Payments can be made via Debit Card with no additional fees, processed directly through the website’s secure payment system.

  • Order Review: Before finalizing your booking, verify the selected Service and total amount. Click "Place Order & Pay" to complete the transaction.

Payment for Online Astrology Reading

  • Payment Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your booking.

  • Payment Issues: In the event of an unsuccessful payment or technical issue, please report the problem via the "Contact" form for assistance.

Cancellation of an Online Astrology Reading

  • Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel a booked astrology reading, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your appointment up to 10 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be submitted via the "Contact" form.

  • How to Cancel: Submit your cancellation request by sending a message through the "Contact" form.

Client Confidentiality and GDPR Compliance

  • Data Protection: Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, and other applicable data-protection laws.
