REFUND POLICY& CANCELATION

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are handled for personalized astrology reading services ("Services") purchased on AstroTalks.Online.

Appointment Cancellations & Eligibility

  • More than 24 hours' notice: If you request a cancellation at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you are eligible for a 100% full refund to your original payment method.

  • Less than 24 hours' notice: Cancellations requested less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session are strictly non-refundable, as this time slot was reserved exclusively for you.

No-Shows & Tardiness

  • If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, your payment is 100% forfeited and no refund or complimentary reschedule will be issued.

  • If you are late, your reading will still end at the originally scheduled time, and no partial refunds will be given for the missed minutes.

Service Execution & Interpretation Disclaimer

  • Astrology readings are subjective, interpretive services.

  • Refunds will not be issued based on your personal dissatisfaction with the guidance, insights, or predictions delivered during the session.

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are paying for the professional time and preparation dedicated to your chart, not for a specific or desired outcome.

Technical Issues

  • If a session cannot be completed due to a technical failure on the part of AstroTalks.Online (e.g., power or internet outage), you will be offered the choice of an immediate 100% refund or a priority reschedule.

  • Technical or connectivity issues on the client’s end do not qualify for a refund but may be eligible for a single rescheduling attempt at our discretion.

EU Consumer Notice & Right of Withdrawal

  • Pursuant to EU consumer protection laws regarding digital services, by booking a specific, time-allocated live consultation, you explicitly request that the service execution begins immediately (preparation of your data) and is delivered at a designated time. Therefore, you agree that you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the 24-hour pre-appointment window closes or service delivery begins.

Processing and Bank Workloads

  • Approved refunds are processed by AstroTalks.Online within 1 business day. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect on your statement, depending on your banking institution's workload and processing cycles.
