# ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT TERMS Before reserving a place, each student must complete the **Level Assessment and Enrollment Form**. The form is used to determine whether the selected module corresponds to the candidate’s current level of knowledge. AstroTalks may recommend a different module when necessary. Submitting the form does not reserve a place. A place is considered reserved only after the application has been approved and the deposit has been received. The student must use the **same AstroTalks user account and email address** when: * submitting the enrollment form; * paying the deposit; * paying the remaining balance. Payments made through a different account or email address will not automatically be recognized as part of the same enrollment until they have been reviewed and confirmed by AstroTalks. The deposit is deducted from the full price of the module and does not constitute an additional fee. The remaining balance must be paid no later than **30 calendar days before the date of the first lesson of the module**. Students enrolling less than 30 days before the start date must pay the entire remaining balance immediately after their application is approved. If payment is not received within the specified deadline, the reserved place may be offered to another candidate. The deposit will be refunded in full if the module is cancelled or if the minimum group of three students is not formed. The fee applies to the **entire module**. Missing a lesson does not entitle the student to a partial refund, reduction of the course fee, or an individual replacement lesson. The student must watch the recording of the missed lesson. Classes are conducted as **group educational sessions**. Detailed analysis of a personal natal chart, relationship, or individual forecast is not included and is charged separately as a consultation. Course materials and recordings are intended solely for the personal use of enrolled students. They may not be copied, shared, published, sold, recorded, reproduced, or distributed in any form. Enrollment is considered final only after written confirmation has been received from AstroTalks. By submitting the form and paying the deposit, the student confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
